Hey there! :D Would you mind sharing your thoughts on Takuma? :) I'm trying to write a fanfic about him but it's just so difficult to pin down his character! There's so much more than meets the eye. Thank you ヾ(^∇^)

Hi~

You sure are right, Takuma may put on a happy, cheerful face for everyone but inside he seemed like a very strong but tortured individual. After all he was in love with a pureblood who wanted to kill his best friend who was practically raised with him. That would drive anyone rather mad i think. And to add to that, he was seen as a pawn to most of the people he cared for.

Ichijo, much like Zero in my opinion, was a big victim in the scheme of things. In the end he lost the woman he was in love with AND his best friend. Even before they died he lost them. After all, Sarah wasn’t returning his feelings as much as she was using him for her evil plots even though he was against them. And Kaname wasn’t who he said he was, he was the progenitor of vampires, so it would seem he didnt know his best friend as well as he thought.

He only wished to do the right thing but was surrounded by people he loved whose goals were that of villainy. Even his grandfather was involved in such antics which caused Ichijo to dispatch his own flesh and blood.

Very tragic is the best way i can describe Ichijo’s existence. Hes constantly being tugged between what he believes in and the people he wants to protect. But even though his heart is in a constant tug-o-war he doesnt want to worry anyone. He puts on a cheerful smile and creates a comfortable air for himself and everyone elses sake.

I believe thats all he wanted. A positive, peaceful atmosphere so he could forget all of his dark troubles. For a moment, he wants things to be bright. And he wants to share that kind of brightness with others as well. All and all, i thought Ichijo was a good man, vampire or not, who wanted to share the joys of life with others without any worries.

Hes a very likeable, selfless guy in my opinion ^_^ It’ll be quite easy to write about him since hes so complex and yet so simple! Good luck to you ~

Thank you for sending the asks!

I just read some of your posts about the way vampire knight ended and I just wanted to say that I think it was a perfect way to end it, for zero anyway because even Kaname himself admitted that him and yuuki belong together! :)

Okay, firstly I’d like to apologise for not using a picture nor nice text because I’m currently away from my laptop, so am typing this up on my iPad instead. I hope the lack of usual features, however, does not discourage you from reading what I’m about to write.
Secondly - nope. Nope, never ever, not in this universe or next would the ending of the manga be “perfect” for Zero. Nope, hell nope. Now that we’ve gotten this out of the way, let’s move onto why this is so.
Honestly, you are not the only one in the fandom who tries to think positively about the ending on Zero’s behalf and, really, it’s very cute. The whole “Kana-chan hugged them and told them to be together always, so he must ship them!” mentality is as adorable as it is foolish. And, frankly, just thinking about it makes me want to slap the shit out of a 2D vampire - calm Kitty, he’s not real. You wanna know why the ‘shipper of the year’ award went to said Kana-chan?
Because he fucked Yuuki the night before.
He stuck his dick inside her, came and made a baby. Excuse the gross detail but it’s necessary because I get the feeling that some people don’t actually understand this.
The only reason why Kaname hugged that pair of idiots and told them to be together is because he was about to die. And, being in an ice coffin and all, it’s kinda hard to not only maintain a relationship with someone, but it also makes the whole looking-after business extremely troublesome. So what did our darling shipper do? Pushed his already pregnant sister onto Zero, making her and the baby HIS burden to make sure that both Yuuki and the child have a safe life. Why? Because who the fuck in their sane mind would mess with a hunter who drunk blood of 6 different Purebloods (both directly and indirectly)???
It’s like me eating half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before realising that I have a fucking peanut allergy and push the sandwich off to some hungry homeless man. I didn’t do it for the good of the homeless guy, I did it because I could not have it myself. That makes me neither selfless nor nice, just opportunistic and that Kaname is.
In all this, Zero is nothing but a fucking idiot who is not only taken for granted, but also made to look like a fucking tool. Can’t you see that he’s been had for a fool by Kaname all along??

Do whatever you wanted to do, that you would normally do if you had someone. Like if you wanted to put on makeup. Don’t do it just because you want to impress guys. Screw them.

Be fabulously beautiful for yourself! Rock that classy dress with your head held high and walk like you just murder someone like a professional!

awww, you are so awesome crimson ~ i love how you ended it XD

Hello! Thank you for taking time to write out all these essays, I really enjoy reading them :D I'd just like to ask you about your take of the vampire society's coexistence with the human society, do you think it's somewhat like the wizarding world in Harry Potter? Where they mostly keep to themselves and don't quite know about human society? It's mentioned that Aidou didn't know about common things like human parties in a drama cd and they do have some pretty outdated customs like soirees.

Hi~

Ah! Thank you so much! Im glad you enjoy my writings ~

That is most likely true. I believe most vampires basically live in their own ‘vampire world’. After all, most of their homes are underground or disguised by abandoned buildings such as the ball they had that Yuki accidentally stumbled upon when trying to return a vampire kid to his mother. And of course since the whole point of Cross academy is to get the humans and vampires to live peacefully together, i believe they live ‘separately’.

However, many of them are a part of the human world indicated by Yuki as she recognizes most vampires at the ball as well known people and famous actresses. So for the most part they are separated but there are some that are a part of the human societies.

Thanks for the question ~
